Bill's Biography Bill worked for 3 years at CentreVentre, during the corporation’s most dynamic years. He spearheaded projects like The Edge Artist Village and Gallery, Mountain Equipment Co-op, and The Waterfront Development with projects like The Strand. After returning to the private sector, Bill stayed downtown and began to promote downtown residential developments to developers like A&S, Butler Corp, Becker Associates, Friesen Tokar and hundreds of private citizens. Bill currently has the majority share of residential sales and marketing of downtown’s executive condo market. He is also concerned with changing the false perceptions of our downtown.
