Downtown Expert 


Bill worked for 3 years at CentreVentre, during the corporation’s most dynamic years.  He spearheaded projects like The Edge Artist Village and Gallery, Mountain Equipment Co-op, and The Waterfront Development with projects like The Strand.  After returning to the private sector, Bill stayed downtown and began to promote downtown residential developments to developers like A&S, Butler Corp, Becker Associates, Friesen Tokar and hundreds of private citizens.

Bill currently has the majority share of residential sales and marketing of downtown’s executive condo market. he is working with several new developers in the city from site aquisition to suite design to marketing.  This ensures that each project he works on is a success for his clients. 

Bill is also concerned with changing the false perceptions of our downtown.He has been working as a volunteer for organizations like Downtown Biz, Exchange Biz and local councellors to help improve the profile of Downtown Living. He is a co-founder of the Downtown Resident's Association, and is considered Winnipeg's formost advocate of downtown residential development.
