He spearheaded projects like The Edge Artist Village and Gallery, Mountain Equipment Co-op, and The Waterfront Development with projects like The Strand. After returning to the private sector, Bill stayed downtown and began to promote downtown residential developments to developers like A&S, Butler Corp, Becker Associates, Friesen Tokar and hundreds of private citizens.
