MLS stats in a nutshell
Some interesting MLS stats for last year in the downtown. Highs and lows for movement would have folks at 181 Bannatyne & 110 Princess moving the most, and folks at 167 Bannatyne moving the least.
What does this mean?
Not really anything sinister for buildings with more movement, but it might reflect the demographic (younger people move more) and age of a project (seems to be lots of movement after about 5 years in a particular building, typical Canadian average).
Where will the most movement be this year? You can call any time to discuss market trends, always happy to share.
